Like you, we are continually following the situation from the COVID-19 outbreak and the threat it poses to our health, our community, our courts and our legal system. Rest assured that our commitment to exceptional client service remains steadfast during these uncertain times. While the Bay Area is under a shelter-in-place order, we’d like to inform you of what we’re doing to maintain continuity of legal services.
Although our physical office in San Francisco is closed, our 100-lawyer strong litigation department is working remotely, and our attorneys remain available by phone and email. We are committed to continuing to work with our clients in a responsive and timely way, as well as to keeping our firm and communities safe. We have curtailed unnecessary travel, our case team meetings are held virtually, and our client calls and case filings continue without interruption.
We will continue to closely track the guidance issued by federal, state and local authorities at the recommendation of the CDC and WHO. Please let us know if there are ways in which we might collaborate with you and your organization to keep things running smoothly.
